This hotel is very convenient. The bus stop from/to the airport is very near; so are the local bus stops and street train station. The shopping area and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Reasonable price and quality .but location is pretty good

Great spot for Tenmonkan area. Room can be cleaner, but not dirty either.

Location is great, room condition just ok but air conditioner facing the beds & pillows are not comfortable can't sleep well in the night. Breakfast is taste good

Easy to access from Kagoshima station and to the ferry terminal. The room is clean and tidy. There are some special dishes in the breakfast.

The deluxe room is spacious and value for money and the service from the staffs were great. Location is great in middle of tenmonkan

Close to Lawson, shopping area and train + bus station, quite convenient. Room is not as small as I expected and it was clean.

I booked for non-smoking and they gave me a smoking room. Then when I complained and asked how to open window, they said non-smoking room windows don't open. So they lied and gave me a smoking room that I could barely breathe, but they also lied again to cover the lie. When I swiped the wall with some wet tissue, it was stained yellow with Tobacco stain. The bathtub has openings with it and the wall and most likely nice things like mildew is built up in there with water getting in there all the time. There were mildew stains on edges of walls etc. This hotel is old and needs major renovation. Internet connection was just average speed and reliability. Only thing that was good is the checkout time of 11am. Will never stay again.
