Very good. My room was just the right size. I was on the 3rd floor and I did not have any noise issues. The room was well maintained. The house keeping kept all items / towels stocked up. The hotel breakfast was great and at a good price as I did not get it included in the package. The staff were lovely and friendly/helpful. The hotel is in a really good location, lots of places to eat/ drink and access to public transport if you don't feel like walking. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. The rooms are small but the hotel is very nice and conveniently located. All the staff was helpful, I will be back!

Upon arrival the staff let us store our bags at reception as we were very early, they were polite and very helpful Rooms were clean on arrival with all the things you would expect in a hotel room including a coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea bags Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced if required breakfast area was a little small for the size of the hotel but it was explained in the room how to time your visit to avoid a long wait, breakfast was very nice with filtered or machine coffee was available along with tea, fruit juices, water etc would recommend

The location was excellent and the amenities were perfect. But especially wonderful were all the staff - friendly, helpful, kind, and professional they made our stay pleasant and memorable.

Excellent hotel - cannot fault a thing. Friendly staff on reception, free chilled water downstairs, quiet room and comfy bed. Would definitely recommend and would stay when we return to Budapest!

Stayed for four nights. Staff was great, room was pristine, and the location was perfect. Only complaint: with 35+ temps during the day, the air conditioning simply wasn’t up to the task. But we were on the south side of the building, on a low floor, so we benefited from shade most of the day. Probably around 25 in the room even with the AC on full blast.

Great customer service. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Price is good. Budget friendly. The room is super tight for us. But it’s very clean. The goods wave out the tightness. Lol.
