Clean room and well presented hotel. The pool is a good size. The location of the hotel is great for the tram and U line, Easy access to the city centre and English Garden.

The lobby seems nice when you enter the property. Rooms are very dated and carpets are stained. That was something I could handle but at night it was impossible to sleep because the AC was not working properly. Booked 3 nights and left after the first one tried to get a refund. But since it was booked through Expedia they did not helped me.

Excellent bar and fitness room. The property is not maintained properly. Had electricity (lighting going on and off) issues in the room, but since I stayed very shortly for 1 night, I did not bring it up. In addition, most of the international channels on TV are not really working (they are there, but there is no service).

The hotel overall was really nice. The staff was all friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The concierge parked our car to make it easier for us to get settled. The front desk staff offered us a promotion to spin the when you win a prize and we won the free breakfast option, which was a nice surprise. The pool was nice but I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not warm.
