Parking and Breakfast place are very durty.
This never happen to me in another hotels before im very disappointed and not get my money back, even if I explain I had cancer and this was very bad for me.

We booked this for a work trip and it was AWFUL! Thankfully we booked through Expedia because they helped us get a partial refund. My husband stayed one night and then we moved him to another hotel for the remainder of his trip. The room was not clean and very dated. There was a glob of matted hair on the sheets, the non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were food chunks (pizza) and dirt on the floor, there was a homeless encampment outside his window, and he wouldn't even use the shower. The pictures are deceiving or old.

While the property had trash that people clearly dumped, the room was clean and the staff were excellent. Wonderful customer service and nice continental breakfast in the morning. Nice enough for a one night stay on a budget. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in 3 hours early so that was really nice as well.

Great staff. As a return guest, I've never been more satisfied. Easy check in and cleanly. Best hotel in the direct area. Quiet rooms amidst the freeway location. Highly suggest. Family friendly.
