The customer relaxing area at 9 floors is a plus! Perfect location, walkable distance to the night market, not too close to stay away from the noise and food smells!

The washroom design is not functional in my room. I was placed on the second floor close to where the hotel main entrance, the noise was not bearable. The staffs were very nice, but the hardware certainly fell short.

There was a slight water seepage near the bathroom door while showering. The staff had a great service attitude and high efficiency. The room was clean and tidy. The facilities in the common areas are sufficient, complete, and well-maintained
