The staff is very kind and friendly, however the hotel room’s facilities were kind of old and AC was noisy.

The property is close to Taichung TRA station and shopping mall. The property has a dated look to it. The staff and the cleaning lady were helpful. Air conditioning worked well. I didn't care for the breakfast.

The hotel has false advertising. Than what is in the actual features? There are no laundry facilities, you have to walk outside to go to the coin-operated laundry shop. They did not even provide instant coffee in the rooms. The breakfast was all vegetables and no meat at all, the menu is the same every day. The only good thing about staying in this hotel is the location. There are many stores in the vicinity.
