We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Carlton Berlin. The staff were amazing; our room was large and nicely decorated; the location is very convenient; and the pool and spa were fantastic too. Great all-around!

This hotel Not upto ritz Carlton standards. Air conditioning in rooms not functioning properly had to put an extra fan else was sweating. I was informed that the ac are not that effective in the rooms and are same in every room. Staff at reception completely lacked the hospitality
