Wonderful location, amazing staff. I would just add a mini-frig to the rooms as travelers do have their own snacks and drinks they want to refrigerate.

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. Helpful staff, very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. It is also very well located in this walkable town. Bus/ Straßenbahn is very close by. I’d happily stay there again.

This hotel aims to please and does not disappoint! It is located in the most beautiful spot, reception was helpful and so friendly, the bar staff made delicious drinks and gave some suggestions of where to walk around that were incredible. Our room overlooked the most beautiful view. The hotel was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back for another visit from the USA!

We only stayed one night but after our experience we wish we had booked the hotel longer. Beautiful place, great amenities, helpful staff. First place I will look to book if I go back to Innsbruck.
