The room was incredible but the staff was simply superb - we just couldn’t ask for anything better. Karina was amazing - how well she treated us the entire time of our stay. She provided us with treatment we haven’t experienced since staying at the Waldorf Astoria!

Nice location, super close to times square and trains, was able to get a bit of early check in which helped from long flight to get refreshed. Staff and rooms are great. Will come back.
