Estada individual

It’s really good place to stay in. The hotel is close to many restaurants, places to visit such as museums and UoA campus. The cons include not all plans have the breakfast included and only one day they forgot to clean my room. Apart from that, everything was good.

We had a little problem with room service. I ordered a turkey club sandwich, but it came without the turkey. My husband ordered a Cesar salad, which was excellent, but it came without any dressing. I asked for Italian dressing for the salad, twice by phone, no salad dressing ever came. The turkey club was quickly replaced with a sandwich with turkey, which was excellent

Fantàstic
The staff was very kind when my husband got sick after a military event and helped us be comfortable in a second room. Our first night we all were up with him coughing and sneezing all night but the second night all of us slept soundly. Thank you for the thoughtfulness.
