Four star quality hotel we always come back to. Very convenient for public transport, nice bar and pleasant room.

Clean room. Not directly in the city centre but near enough a couple of train lines

Simple and barebones. Perfect for a last minute Berlin Trip if you understand Neukölln.

Room was great at the rear of the building and was well situated for the Neukolln S-bahn for getting around. Staff were always nice and was able to leave my bags for the day after checking out so I could go to town.

It was good

The room was absolutely freezing. No heating whatsoever. When I approached the front desk to report this — a completely reasonable request — I was met with laughter. Actual laughter. As if my discomfort was somehow amusing to the staff. They then informed me, with a straight face, that heating was an "extra" and would cost me an additional €10. I was stunned. Paying to not freeze in your own room is not hospitality — it is a scam. As for breakfast — I made the mistake of trying it once. Once was enough. The prices were nothing short of outrageous for what was served: a meagre, uninspiring selection that would have been poor value at half the cost. Stale, limited, and thoroughly underwhelming.
