Family of three traveling with a seven years old, unfortunately we found sex toys in the nightstand by our bed. Unsure how clean the room actually was. Notified the front desk and all they said was to “email the GM” but we have not heard back or received a refund. Elevators were not working. I should have paid the extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

M'he quedat amb la família · Per a amics i familiars

They charged me to stay there even though I had to book a different hotel due to their airport shuttle not picking up at love's field. It is not stated in hotels.com which airport , they don't or do pick up at. They left me stranded at the airport due to this typo. Tried to get a refund and they are not issuing one, and nobody speaks good English at the hotel. To explain this point.
