Fantàstic Great staff great place. We loved our room. We were allowed to stay a half hour past check out.

Per sota de la mitjana In my opinion, you need to get more staff to do their jobs right? Our room was not clean. The bathtub/shower was broken. The countertop was busted. The desk under the TV was sticky nasty. The elevators and hallways were very hot.

The pool was not available, and we were looking forward to using it. We didn't realize that we were in the older section of the hotel and it was noticeable. We feel that we had to walk a good distance to get to our room as well. If we stay again in the future, we will definitely stay in the newer part.

The room was clean but outdated. Pool was closed and we found out upon arrival. The carpet was disgusting.

Entryway was awesome, staff polite and helpful, Room was clean and spacious, key card worked perfectly every time. Casino was great. Parking very well shaded and even inside parking available. Pool was closed for maintenance but exercise room was open. It was slightly a cooler temperature in the room then I would have wanted. Thermostat was not something you could change. But otherwise we will come back again soon!

Didn’t realize that the pool and hot tub were down until after we booked. Otherwise it was a beautiful room, great views and friendly staff.
