Genial
Everything was great. Excellent location and the room was very good. The cleaning on the second day was very superficial (they did the bed but didn’t really cleaned or washed dishes) and they didn’t replace coffee and tea, which is the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Overall excellent experience. Completely recommend it and good value for money.

We loved staying here! The room was clean, staff friendly, had air conditioning, and lots of space. It was close to the castle and this delicious restaurant that sold traditional Polish food. Close to the river and walking distance to the town square. I would definitely recommend it!! The only thing is the room faced a wall so there wasn’t a view but we weren’t there for that so we were very happy with it. Definitely stay here again!!

The elevator was broken and I got stuck in it. They didn’t compensate me for the inconvenience. I ended up using the stairs many flights through a hot stairwell many times.

The apartments are spacious and clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store just beside the hotel which is very convenient.

Great staff and lovely clean room with kitchenette including fridge and dishwasher. Sponge and 2 dishwasher tablets provided. Room was very modern and the hotel is close by to lots of attractions and transport links. Toiletries provided were also great with a comb and vanity pack too. Only downsides were we could hear noises from the street like car alarms and ambulance sirens as well as the apartment below. We were on the top floor and had two sky lights so did not have the best view.

Excellent location, next to the river and the Castle and close to the Airport and Salt Mines bus stop. Lovely staff and beautiful room. AC was a perfect addition to the stay as were the blackout curtains. The only downside to this “luxury” apartment was the sofa bed (very lumpy) and the TV only had News channels in English. Would probably stay here again tho as such good value. Also try the Liberty cafe for breakfast and lunches.

Amazing time! very clean, staff so friendly and helpful! Very close to Wawel castle and Main Square (10-15 min walk). We stayed at the Hot tub apartment and it was so lovely! We want to come back! Only thing id say was the smell from hot tub, I don't think it was treated enough with the chlorine... Next time I will ask for more as it had a little 'dirty sock' smell to it.

Only in krakow for 3 nights and was perfect for what we needed, only a short walk to the old town past the castle. Definitely recommend. Shop below for anything you need too
