The staff at this hotel especially the Leisure centre staff are just amazing! The restaurant staff cannot do enough for you , breakfast was delicious and plentiful Reception staff kind , courteous and friendly Wonderful hotel made even better by the staff - thank you

We Checked in for a two day stay, the second day the room key didn’t work, it was only programmed for one day. There was no water on the hospitality tray although there was a sign that said please enjoy our water etc etc, we weren’t aware that we would have to pay for parking our car at the hotel this was 10 pound for 24 hours, then only to get home and receive a text from ring go that we owed £3.27 although we paid £20.00 to the receptionist,

Staff are amazing from reception through to the spa & the restaurant The beds are so comfortable it’s unbelievable, it’s one of the few places away from home I can sleep. Very happy with my stay, I have stayed several times and will continue coming back. The only thing I would say is that the disabled changing room / shower in the pool area needs a reallly good scrub, the first thing I have ever found to be a problem there. Apart from that 10/10 for everything else

Thankful for the aircon in the bedroom which was a real plus in the hot spell. Disappointed no outside areas to sit for drinks. Overall good stop of hotel for our road trip. Stayed 2 nights.
