Great location. Room had issues. Maintenance came by and said would be back with solution. Never showed back up. Friend had champagne delivered to room and hotel to credit for it and said it was from the hotel

Spacious room, Great location with short walk to Bourbon street and downtown. Helpful staff.

Great location ,close to Burboun St.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just walking distance to Bourbon Street and all restaurants which was a plus.

My husband and I always enjoy staying at the Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter/Iberville because the location is hard to beat. It’s within walking distance of so many great restaurants, attractions, and Bourbon Street, which makes it our preferred hotel whenever we visit New Orleans. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t as smooth as our previous visits. When we checked in, the male front desk associate assigned us to a room that was actually under construction. When we opened the door, one gentleman was refinishing the floors while another was painting. We went back downstairs to let him know, and instead of moving us farther away from the construction, he simply assigned us the room next door. After an early flight, we were just happy to finally have a room and didn’t want to keep waiting. The following day, our television and internet service were out for the entire day, which was disappointing. The next morning, I went downstairs to request housekeeping, and a very kind blonde-haired front desk associate apologized for the inconvenience and offered to move us to another room because of the internet issue. We appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help, but we declined since we already had a full day of activities planned and didn’t want to spend time packing and moving. Despite these inconveniences, the rest of our stay was pleasant. The hotel’s location remains its biggest strength, and most of the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodat

Checkin was ez and fast. Parking was valet with quick service. All staff were helpful and cheerful.

The room was clean and neat! Staff was great!

Excellent location

we had a great time. Everything was perfect. The staff was great and we enjoyed it.

Everything was all good until a power outage Saturday night, had us with no power for at least 10 hrs. No back up generator had us walking to 6th floor to a hot and humid room. I love the location but not having generators, where does that happen?
