Only stayed for a couple hours before a flight. This is definitely not a place where you should stay multiple days.

Very old, many broken thing Aron the room , lots of mould on the walls and on the pillows. My air conditioner did not work at all, it was blowing hot air, and making lots of noise, it was impossible to sleep, the AC was maybe 40 years old, I have pictures of it. The windows didn’t close properly and the room was full of mosquitoes. I asked them to change my room and they refused. I insisted and they changed my room on Tuesday at 8.00 pm few hours before I left . For the whole time I stayed there I didn’t get any sleep. The staff is very rude and they do not speak English, Italian or Spanish at all. They o ly speak their language, and they are not willing to help or trying to understand the customer need. When I checked in they gave me the room already knowing the air conditioning wasn’t working. That machine is 59 years old and there is no way they didn’t know it was not working. I had a terrible experience.

DONT STAY HERE!!! The room was tweeible, ive stayed in 50$ CAD motel rooms that were far better than this. After checking in, we immediately decided to check out and go somewhere else, AND THEY WOULDNT REIMBURSE US! We argued with the front staff for an hour before leaving, and am still be trying to get my money back!!! Not sure how these rooms / conditions are acceptable, especially being right off of the most touristy area of all of brasil

The best feature that the hotel has is location. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful . However , the rooms had very bad stained towels and sheets . The AC unit was old that it didn’t work properly.

One elevator was inoperable for over 24 hours overnight staff was not helpful

Aires dañados ,la primera noche tuve que dormir sin aire y no me compensaron , las habitaciones malas , el personal peor ! No vale nada de lo que pague , peor que un motel

Room is very old and not well equipped. Do not think to stay in this hotel if you are looking for comfort during your visit. The breakfast was definitely not worth it.

Excellent location, good service, the room was not as good as I expected for the price I paid

Room was súper small and outdated. Ac worked ok but I had extreme problem of mosquitos. There was only a bar of soap and no shampoo. I had to get my card magnetized each day. This is tough being in the 12 floor. Internet was extremely terrible also. I tried ordering Ubers to places and would struggle to complete my work.
