Fantàstic Excellent staff who were very helpful and friendly. The location was very central and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The hotel was modern and clean and a great value considering the prime location. It was a 10 minute walk to Buckingham palace and the tube. If you like to walk, at most you are half an hour from most major sites.

Genial We chose this hotel for its proximity to Victoria Station. It’s a city hotel, so expect to pay inflated prices, but the location was very good.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Front desk staff were very friendly. We got a room in the basement near the breakfast room, and I was initially anxious that it would be noisy, but it wasn’t. The room was very comfortable and the a/c was very welcome!
Expect higher prices (hello London), but a solid hotel.

Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was okay but the eggs were rubbery, bacon and sausage was dried out. Yogurt was on the warm side. Our room was nice but didn't expect to have to climb a flight of stairs that was very narrow. The staff took care of us by bringing our luggage up and back down from the room. It was located in an area where we could walk to some attractions.

We had a lovely stay! We got upgraded to an apartment and had the best time. The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect.

Booked this place last minute from a friends recommendation. For the price and the area, it was fantastic. Other hotel’s have slightly nicer facilities but typically shoe box (really small) rooms. This had space just lacked the full hotel experience (foyer, bar, room service) but to be fair. The room was clean, somewhat spacious and had no issues. Would recommend.
