La piscina climatizada se encontraba en reparación y su temperatura estaba muy por debajo de lo necesario, tibia / fría. Al llegar a la piscina nadie nos notificó, ni sobre este problema a tampoco acerca del problema de ventilación del recinto, por el cual mantenían una de las puertas de acceso, abierta con un elemento como tope para que no cierre. Lo cual empeoraba aún más la situación, y el disfrute de este espacio. Entiendo que la comunicación al huésped debe ser anterior al uso, para que uno mismo decida qué hacer en estos casos, y no tomar conocimiento de la situación una vez dentro de la Piscina.

We stayed at thus hotel 15 years ago. The age is showing. Whike still nice it isn't up to the standards i expected. Also, be aware that the pillows are terrible. I woke up throughout the night and had a terrible back ache each morning.

The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!
