Bé Le déjeuner était super, le coin repas et la grandeur de la salle de bain était bien aussi. Le reste était correct sans plus.

Friendly staff, room is clean but very small which is reasonable and quite normal in Tokyo.
We just stayed overnight and catch the flight the next day morning.

Coming from an American couple great rooms great service and great utilities. breakfast is great with wide selection. Just one block from all the craziness of Shinjuku which was perfect for us. Still less than a five minute walk from everything. Staff was amazing. Next time I visit Shinjuku, I will come here again.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. From the amenities to the staff everything was amazing. I will definitely be staying there again plus the location is so convenient!

Via Inn Shinjuku is amazing. Centrally located in Shinjuku, it is near family mart, lawsons and 7/11 which are essential for tourists like myself looking for a quick bite or to withdraw money. They are also within walking distance of Don Quijote and Isetai and other shopping stores. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They helped us with luggage transfers and even gave us restaurant recommendations when we asked. It was so nice that I cancelled my next booking for my tokyo return and rebooked with Via Inn for my last day before flying out.
