Fantàstic Loved the complementary breakfast. They had a variety of food to choose from. The staff was super friendly, It was a quick check in and check out.

Fantàstic I was calling from a room on the 4th floor. It rang and then it sounded like they would hang up. I wanted to ask them to send maintenance to.our room because the sink was clogged. Well we made the best of it. Also, small bugs inside the pool. Nice cold pool. Does the hotel not upgrade Expedia members because I was told no 3rd party early check in or upgrades

Per sota de la mitjana “Avoid this hotel. Our stay was a nightmare. Rude staff throughout. Wi-Fi barely worked, the TV and refrigerator were broken, breakfast was not as advertised, and we were even served spoiled cheese. The worst was that our son’s new Nintendo Switch, case, and game disappeared from our locked room. Management denied responsibility in writing. Only after we mentioned a police report and had left did they say it was “found”, forcing us to spend vacation time and money recovering it. To make matters worse, there were intoxicated guests, seemingly drunk, and people displaying possible drug-related behavior inside the hotel and in the parking area, which made us feel unsafe. We would never recommend this hotel for families. Stay elsewhere.

The room smelled like straight cigarettes walking in we had to sleep with the window open. It felt dirty in the hotel. The ceiling was missing tiles and you can see the pipes. Our last day the ceiling was actually leaking. Would definitely never come back nor recommend.

Clean room, no foul smell. Hotel Overall is well maintained. Courteous staff. Gated parking. Right by the metro station and shopping mall.
Casino has separate entrance.
