Stayed 10 nights. You read that right. If you are diving it’s a good amount of time if not 3 nights would be good. It’s a dated hotel but the price is right! The pool and view and reef totally rocks and the location to restaurants and shops is awesome. The hotel is dated but we factored in a week of car rental and it’s a much better value than any hotel. Basically you can get hotel and car rental ( free covered parking) for the price of just the room for another hotel. If you are looking to impress go to the dusit next door. But you basically have all the restaurants and bars of the dusit for a hundred bucks less. Again rooms are dated but clean rooms. Went with infinity tower and full ocean view, buddy got the corner suite and that was more impressive. The view from our room was incredible. It’s so hot here you’ll want to got out early to the sights and spend the day in the room (hence the value of a good view) and head out in the afternoon. Remember I said the hotel is dated but the view fantastic. The beautiful reef is below and the infinity pool view is spectacular. I wouldn’t bother with hotels past the dusit as it’s a long hot walk to get to the restaurants. As for hotel restaurant and bars it’s really lacking but the mall is next door and an awesome breaky joint step from the hotel. The staff are super nice and they are very responsive to emails. Really appreciated the 5 gallon hot/cold water coolers in each room. Great value.will return.

Hardworking staff. Excellent customer service. Beautiful infinity pool

The staff was very pleasant to deal with but unfortunately the property was not like the pictures on line. We had to change our room as soon as we arrived as the electrical sockets were not working. The bathroom faucets were rusted and in poor condition. The AC in the lobby was not working for several days and the restaurant food was not edible. The building is in need of a serious maintenance as the balconies are falling appart and there are leaks near the elevators. The bottom of the pool needs to be repainted. Very disappointing.

My room is always the best - plenty of space, clean, well stocked with coffee & such, and a beautiful view.

One small issue I noticed was with the body wash in the bathroom. It seemed to be almost empty, and it took quite a few pumps before anything came out. I was able to use the soap instead, so it wasn’t a big problem, but I was wondering if the bottles are usually refilled between guests. Other than that, the beach access from the hotel and the oceanfront view were absolutely amazing.

Clean rooms. Has water dispenser hot and cold, fridge, shared microwave, etc. Beautiful infinity pool by the restaurant. Good food.

It is an older property, and it shows. But it was a decent price and centrally located. The beds were ok, the bathroom was good. The cafe in the lobby seemed to never be open. The restaurant downstairs was open but i didnt eat there. The bar seemed nice but was empty. The pool is really nice. The garage elevator is far from the lobby and is kind of creepy. The TV doesnt have many channels. The hallway from that elevator to the pool area smells like a liter box. Lastly, they should really add lights to the area going to the beach like other resorts have. It felt unsafe.

The staff was wonderful. Very professional, very friendly and always helpful. The property itself was disappointing. The hotel is listed as a four star, nothing that I saw warranted such a rating. How much of that had to do with the recent typhoon gives me pause in judging too harshly. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days.
