Fantàstic
The staff was super. Miss Ortiz at the front desk, Alice who checked us in. They were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Coffee was always available in the lobby and on thursday the Manager announced free laundry which was just what we needed. Highly recommend this gem hotel and will be staying there on our next trip to NYC.

The room was great, we had a fridge, freezer, toaster, utensils, everything we needed. The breakfast options were good and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We had an issue with one of the toilets in the rooms and they fixed it right away as well as an issue with our door battery. They were extremely quick at addressing all our problems. All the staff was so friendly and kind.

Well they removed the seating and tables from the rooftop so that was a let down … I retuned mostly for this reason and my last visit they where gone

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the General Manager Janessa went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. When we entered our room, it was beautifully decorated with heart-shaped confetti and balloons, thoughtful gift bags, and a lovely handwritten anniversary card. We were genuinely touched by such a warm and personal gesture—it made us feel incredibly special and spoiled. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and delicious food to start each day. The hotel’s location was also perfect. The subway station is just a short walk away, and it’s only three stops to the heart of Manhattan, making it easy to explore the city. We can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The morning front desk staff was always pleasant and attentive. This was a memorable stay, and we will definitely return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a good location for visiting New York.

The location was very good. It was close to Manhattan and we enjoyed the close proximity to other neighborhoods such as Queens Boulevard and Astoria.
