I love staying here it’s a staple for me to go here.

Stayed here in late June. No buffet, the restaurant was closed for summer. These are my only concerns. All good otherwise.

Nice room. Good location.

This is our hotel for a he start of renovations to completion. From the inside and out! The pool!! Wow…

Very convenient for dinning

The pool only opened the second day I was there and I was disappointed because I was hoping to swim the first night and rest since I only stayed two nights.

First night stay- AC wasnt working. Slept in the room at 76 temp. Room looks clean but does smell old. Pool apparently is “new” and is not open. Which was the major reason why I booked this hotel obviously. Unfortunately no compensation was offered.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast bar was closed, any east coast travellers beware there are NO FOOD OPTIONS until 6:30am AZ time, or 9:30 EST. Hotel said breakfast open at 6. They change their hours for summer apparently. I was only booked for 6 nights when I was staying for 7, they kept my stuff for a little bit so I was able to get it back, and my room is very clean. Parking was easy. Pretty sure I saw a bigass roach in the hallway. Pool under renovations. No pool, no breakfast bar, breakfast options are overpriced, coffee SUCKS. Actual dirt water. Discover cards don't work at the restaurant. Curtains don't block all the light. Microwaves need to be asked for. This hotel will give you one free cookie at check in and that is IT.

Pool and breakfast buffet were both closed for an entire week stay in the summer. Was not aware of this until we arrived, or compensated in any way.

The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was clean. Thats most important to me. Id stay here again.
