Fantàstic
What a nice surprise! Our family of 4 just needed a clean place to sleep for a night—when we arrived, we ended up having a blast at the attached bowling alley and then exploring the trails and playgrounds. We had other plans and had to keep our stay short; I wished we had another day to keep enjoying the space.

They didn’t have A/C in the room we stayed in. We complained to the front desk, but nobody ever came to fix it. The next day, we complained again, and they told us the repair technician would come the following day, but they never offered to move us to another room or provide any other solution. That was not acceptable. The room and the hotel are also quite worn down and in need of maintenance.

At the end of our Europe vacation, staying at this property was a welcomed relief. As soon as we walked into the lobby we felt at home. The entire property has functioning air conditioning, which was a welcomed amenity after experiencing other properties where staying cool and refreshed from the outdoor heat was challenging.

All was the perfect place to spend the night before an early flight. There is a shuttle 24/7. But the hotel is a bit far from the airport. The car serves limited and kind of not very healthy food. There is a Brazilian meat restaurant with a nice salad bar next door but pretty expensive!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We got there way earlier than check-in, and we were able to leave our luggages in their luggage room so we could explore the surrounding areas. We checked-in with Sara- she was absolutely wonderful & kind! Their system was very slow, and she offered apologies and let us have a free refreshment from their snack store. The room was extremely clean, and we had room service every day; it’s always nice to come back to a bed with fresh sheets and clean towels. The hotel was near a bus stop and park, and it was 15 minutes away from an Albert Heijn for easy grocery shopping. I definitely would recommend staying here!

The property was well maintained. We liked the breakfast buffet. The property is not close to the airport though. The hotel shuttle was helpful to get around.
