The staff was very friendly and smiley. They informed us of discounts at the local restaurants and coffee was always available in the office. Grounds were maintained. We especially enjoyed the free paddle boards and life vests. The family and I are planning to return very soon.

Property is gorgeous- the chairs fon sunset, the hammocks, the umbrellas.
But...
Pool has no towels. Zero
Towels in the room not enough for two people.
Towels are so old the have actual holes in it.
No pressure in the shower- either cold water or a few drops of warm.
And AC!!! First morning( Saturday) I really thought it was a construction is going on at 7am !!! But then I realized it's AC!!! I had no choice but turned it off!!! AC off in Florida in July it's unacceptable!!!
And for God's sake fix the lock in the women bathroom at the pool
