Room was dirty, had dirty wet swim suit in the closet, no blackout shade on the wind. The hotel did give us another room but moving was a pain.

We stayed at this hotel two years in a row when in town visiting family. Property declined within the past year. Shower was cold. The toilet lid was cracked. Needs some repairs. Will find another hotel to stay at next time I’m visiting the area.

Room had nats all over it and the pool was closed. Staff was helpful and switched our room and location was convenient for events in Louisville.

Toilet had stains. A/C was noisy. Pillows had bad odor. Pool room smelled like sewer. Checkin person was FaceTiming with an on the computer as I tried checking out and didn’t stop. Would never go back
