The Sandalwood has become my home away from home while I’m in Beijing. It’s a great property conveniently located near major freeway while being very quiet in the evenings. The staff here is always ready to handle anything that you need taken care of. You won’t regret staying here.

What made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and has an extensive assortment of food items. The executive appartment and the hotel in general are very clean. I truly highly recommend this hotel and we will most certainly stay at this hotel in the future.
