Everything was so cleaned and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking attendants were very polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and access to the beach. They seem to employ younger people who aren’t trained in customer service. Front office staff is great. However the pool and beach attendants just seem to be done with life. Very poor attitudes. Rude to guests. Otherwise great place.

Positives: Property steps from the beach. Negatives: Room was dirty and smelled awful, like a combination of wet dog and humid towels. There was literal human waste sitting in the toilet bowl that would not come off. The AC was nonexistent and the entire room was hot the whole time. The shower had pubic hair and red dirty skin cell marks around the edges. The hallways smelled of dog urine. The forced valet they make you use stained both of my front seats of my brand new car. The beach chairs are only available from 8am-5pm I asked the front desk for extra towels to be sent up to my room and they left it outside of the door, on the literal ground, no bag, no covering, just "clean towel" direct contact with the hallway floor, no knock to even notify it was there. This place was so horrendous that I even checked out a day earlier and went to a different hotel. For what you pay here, nearly $500 per night, I expected exceptional service and quality, this was nowhere near it. What a shame that this property represents Hilton. I notified the front desk that I was checking out early along with all of the issues I stated and they allegedly claimed they were going to refund me for my inconvenience. It has been weeks and I have reached out repeatedly only to be redirected and lied to that someone would be in contact with me. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but I thought I'd warn everybody as I am extremely displeased and disappointed.

We loved our stay here. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We loved the convenience of the beach loungers and pool set up and having free breakfast every morning was a nice touch! Would stay again and recommend to friends!
