Check in staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant where we ate some traditional Lappish dishes.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It was centrally located in the city close to stores and restaurants. It had 2 restaurants and a breakfast buffet was included. The room was cozy and had a big fur blanket on the top. I will stay here when I return to Rovaniemi next year.

Reception desk on arrival not very welcoming or friendly, just did the necessary. Bathroom floor space like a postage stamp, literally width of toilet. Never seen such a tiny bathroom. Breakfast was just ok but could have more on offer, quite limited. Location amazing, very clean, comfy beds.
