施設はかなり古くなっていて、修繕すべき点がいっぱいある。日本や先進国のハイアットではありえないレベル。ハイアットの五つ星を語るには施設の階層や修理が必要不可欠。部屋の清掃や清潔さも満足レベルではない。立地と朝食とスタッフの対応は良かったです。次回の滞在はないよりのありというレベル。
