We stay here when ever we come to Canberra since 2019, hotels before were never as good. We highly recommend this hotel. The beds are amazing and I get a great nights sleep.

Room: was little cold Carpet was not clean and old Staff: was kind and friendly Breakfast: it was okay Bar: Bar area was the best to stay for evening time till late.

Room was ok but went to have a shower in the morning no hot water, front desk couldn't really help me or offer a partial refund. would have to think really hard about staying there again.
