Staff were excellent especially on arrival, allowed us an early check in, which allowed us to start our holiday promptly. This allowed us to explore the city. We had breakfast there once which was good

Good location, close to the underground and buses. Very affordable and relatively clean. It is close to the main road/roundabout though so it can be quite noisy.

Decent hotel, only there for a couple of nights so had everything we needed. We had breakfast and an evening meal in the bar, food was nice no complaints. Handy for the tube station which is situated across the road, access through a subway which is lit and clean.

The room was very spacious for my self and my 2 daughters The staff could not do any more to help Breakfast included had plenty choice. Unfortunately we were not able to use the included club lounge as closed very early in the evening and the air conditioning very poor which possibly caused the musty smell in the room.

We had a great stay at the Crown Plaza. It was a perfect venue for attending a concert at Wembley. It is located right by a tube station but we caught the 483 bus to Wembley as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay and I would recommend .

The hotel was ideally placed close to London and Tube. However, room could have been better cleaned as there was rubbish in our bin and there were marks on the curtains and carpet
