The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about Europe. As an English speaker, I found communication to be clear and effortless. The property is conveniently located, with easy access to major attractions, public transportation, and essential amenities. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return.

Location is perfect if you want something outside of the super touristy area. Safe neighborhood. Staff was really helpful, polite, always available. Soundproofing inside the unit was not great, but it didn't bother me that much. Overall, a great accommodation.

Stayed for 4 nights. Air conditioning worked very well during a heat wave. It was very convenient to have the kitchen to make basic meals and reheat grab and go items from grocery store that was just a few blocks away. Location near public transit. Access to the laundry was a plus. Would definitely stay here again if I were to be in Brussels.

The room and bathroom were tired. They needed refreshed. There was a crack around the wall corners. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had paint missing on areas and floor dirty. The smell of urine.
