The service by all the staff are exceptional and I am very impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile for us. The hotel is not exactly new and some signs of wear and tear could be seen within the premises.

Book a room away from the lift lobby. Lift machinery noise is transmitted through walls all night , not good if a light sleeper.

Estada individual

This is a great choice of hotel if you like shopping as it’s right next to the gorgeous Pavilion Mall. It’s also so close to the Bukit Bintang station which means you can easily take the train to other malls nearby such as TRX mall. The rooms are very nice as well. Lots of space to move about. I really would be very happy to stay here again!

Expected it to be more renovated than what it was. Taking your luggage from the car park to lobby was hard with stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would prefer a bit more choice on the tele. Conveniently located at the heart of Bukit Bintang

I have only one complaint: the lobby area was not wheelchair friendly. There were steps that had to be negotiated to go from the front door to Reception (at least I couldn't see a ramp anywhere).

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Felt nice upon arrival with polite attention provided. However room had a faulty toilet flush and aircond was warm. Had a room change at night without problems. Furniture is abit run down but okay as I'm staying for a night. Overall still a good experience as it is just next door to Pavillion Mall and opposite TRX.
