Fantàstic Great place to stay for a few days and explore the city. Well situated and easy to get to via Grab from the transit station. We arrived early and were very pleasantly surprised to get early check in. Thank you!

Staff were all extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. Incredible views from the 21st floor. As a solo traveller, I was very grateful that they changed my room from twin beds to double bed - which was so comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality, will be back!

Bé The room is old apparently if you get the ‘Plus’ room it’s renovated if not than you get the left over appliances, worn out towels and old furnitures.
I got the Harbourview not renovated room. The view is good. But in the late afternoon the glass windows outside is condensation with humidity so haha you cannot see clear view of the harbour.

I’m surprised that this hotel is 8.7!!! Rooms are extremely small, walls with stains, appliances really old. No amenities. I had to request soap. The curtains seem they were white or ivory but now have no color!
But their breakfast was decent, I had my doubts but it was pretty good. The front desk employees should receive the guests with a smile and not with a tired attitude. Just remember, we the guests are very important for the hotel success.
If you are looking for a hotel DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE!! It was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR OUR GROUP.
