The AC was absolutely terrible!! But I will say, they let us check in super early. They were nice. The pool was beautiful from afar…people would spit in the pool… like nasty floating stuff. And I wish I had an outside view not a view of the front desk.

Bad choice. The place is not clean. Ammonia smell in the hallway and in the room. The place is outdated, almost sketchy. We couldn't stay till the time of checkout, we left at 5:30 am. Simply put: not recommended!

The staff tried to rip me off, with a early check in (it was 12.30PM) of $ 30.00 .... I did not pay it, however the guy told the there was not manager on site (the weekend the city host the World Cup match) and after I left and came back he let me in. The first room he gave me wasn't clean, the second one had the bathroom roof collapsed and the third one was DIRTY, (the bathtub, the sink, the shower curtain ) the hallways where smelly and dirty, obviously he gave us the worst room he had. Breakfast terrible, DO NOT STAY AND THIS HOTEL, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR.

No body help me get I taxi to the stadium I got there at 1 in the afternoon and they charged me 30 dollars to get my room plus a $100 dollar deposit

The stay wasn’t horrible, but when asked if we could get an extra blanket they kept telling us they would bring one to our room and never did. We asked 4 different times before we finally just went to bed. It was fairly clean, but hairs everywhere like the place hadn’t been wiped down at all. Trash left on the floor in our room. The room was nice though. The bar looked nice and the pool area wasn’t too bad. The room we were in had windows with the bar outside of them and the curtains didn’t completely keep out all of the light so our room wasn’t dark enough for us to sleep all that well. My expectations of cleanliness and helpful staff was definitely not met. Won’t stay there again.

Unfortunately our room as well as common areas including the elevator, hallways, & pool area were very dirty. We asked for more towels for our room & were told they had just one to give us unless we wanted another that was available but dirty… Smell of marijuana enveloped the hallways & was coming through the vents into our room. Staff appeared to be too consumed with their cell phones at the front desk to assist guests. Would never return.
