The hotel staff is always there to help with any question, advice or need.
Breakfast is fresh and convenient.
The hotel is in a perfect location for either getting on the metro, the bus or walking.
It is close to museums, universities, and beautiful churches.
There is a great variety of restaurants near the hotel for all budgets.
A big plus is that that the property has air conditioning and a lift.

The front desk staff especially George was wonderful and friendly. The room was very clean, but extremely small. The heat in Paris was horrid. The hotel did have AC, but it was quite strained . We had a travel fan which was a lifesaver

The place is gorgeous and clean and well-located for what I needed. The breakfast is amazing, I could actually eat a hearty breakfast each day, and they had a wide variety and very helpful staff.

The staff were exceptional, the breakfast room and food itself was great! Definitely try to get a room with Sorbonne rooms. This hotel is a hidden gem!
