Staff were great. Helpful with questions. Room was a decent size as was the bathroom as well. Air conditioning was running! Breakfast was good variety and good taste. Some street noise the odd night, we were on the first floor. Close to Vatican City so helpful with getting there early. Close to metro which also was good for other sightseeing.
Only major complaint is that the beds were very hard. Could have slept on the floor, it would have felt the same! Variety of pillows was helpful but body got quite sore after 3 nights.

We loved staying at the Hotel Museum. It was a short block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum entrance was a short block away. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast on the covered rooftop terrace, was excellent. Delicious espressos and coffees, eggs, bacon (the best), meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruits, nuts, pastries- a feast. We enjoyed wine and a grocery store dinner on that terrace one night. It was a trip highlight. The room had all that we needed - high ceiling, fresh air. The elevator came in handy, as we stayed on the 3rd floor. We loved Rome and the Hotel Museum.

Fantàstic It was a great one night stay. The staff, the location, the surrounding areas restaurants the ease of check-in. I would definitely stay there again.
