Estada individual

The property, room, and breakfast were excellent. The location was good for Prague access, not so much for airport access but the main problem there seems to be no train service and highway traffic is heavy and slow. I liked the quiet setting out of town and country paths. WiFi in my room was unreliable. That must be fixed. The restaurant waiter was rude and ungracious to me and another nearby table. I went once and did not return. The other restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and staff were outstanding!

Great stay, great location and incredible breakfast. Coffe and water in the room and heated floor in the bathroom was a unexpected treat. The tram station right below. With trams coming every 10-15 min. We bought a 24 pass on the pid app and it was easy to move around the city. On the last day we ate at the hotel restaurant and it was amazing as well. Only about 15 min from airport. We will return again

No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel.
