The staff was excellent with the exception of one that seemed to be blunt and was a westerner.
The place was clean and laundry seemed to be a pain trying to get a machine at various times of the day.
Hotel supplies ear plugs but it still is noisy due to the area, 50/50 on wether I would stay again as the staff were the best thing about the place and the convenience of being just a little out of the way of shinjuku.
Almost forgot but once again thank you for the birthday card and chocolates, I don’t really celebrate it but it is the thought that counts and I did have a picture of the full room but it is blurry.

Loved it , the location was great close to a lot of stations . Walking distance to a lot of main spots . The breakfast was perfect . Everyone was really friendly and helpful and spoke English.

Hotel room was small. There are no drawers for clothes and no microwave. We had a window but you will not be able to see through. Location is great and is an easy access (10 min walk) from Shinzuku Station.

The breakfast is very bare bones but it’s free so can’t complain. The staff are very helpful, rooms are great and great location in shinjuku. Would recommend staying here what you get for the price is amazing.

Staff were all excellent! It was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make it feel like a special stop on our tour. Location is great - and the onsite bar was great. Rooms were a good size and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was ok - but treat it as a little snack before you go and find something substantive.
