Great location, but the elevators were slow with 3–5 minute waits, and the plumbing made noise every few hours. Overall, it didn’t quite match the quality of the Shanghai property.

Great hotel and services. The hotel is trying to be sustainable but for a 5 star hotel that does not provide shave, toothbrushes, cotton balls, and other bath items is a little lack of the 5 star status.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean everyday and water bottles were replenished daily. The staffs are courteous and helpful. It felt like staying home.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it's nice that the hotel has several restaurants on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that there's a laundromat within 2 mins walk. We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time! I was surprised to be charged for a phone call I made to another hotel (different city but in Taiwan still) with $720 NTD (about $24 USD) for maybe 10 mins while figuring out our next stay. It just seems way too expansive for a phone call within the same country. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. Will definitely stay again in the future (just won't use the phone, lol).

Very comfortable room and spacious but not over the top. Wifi was good throughout the hotel property. The views from the Marco Polo on the 38th floor are spectacular. Fresh fruit in the room daily.
