The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts of thievery and one physical attack. It is not a safe place.

Amazing Hotel. The staff very helpful. The restaurant extremely good and the food! The Fron desk personnel incredibly helpful. We suffered, with other arrangements, a total disaster but this hotel saved the trip to Florence. They parking available for customers at no additional cost. Great find!

La habitación estuvo excelente, al igual que la ducha, pero el agua caliente funciona regular, en un momento el agua quema y al siguiente se pone helada, deben mejorar eso. Respecto al desayuno hubo buena variedad, menos con los huevos, los 4 días solo huevos revueltos o duros, debería haber más variedad, por ejemplo fritos, ya que como en mi caso en lo que más me gusta del desayuno son los huevos.
