The two key factors in choosing this flat we're site and location. Perfect in both. Just 150m from the Mall and train station and easy walking distance to Old Town. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The one downside was lack of AC. Normally not a major issue in Krakow but this week happened to have a red level heat warning.

The staff really try. It’s not their fault that the owners don’t seem to invest any money on the upkeep of this place. The staff are attentive to any issues you may have. We stayed 2x. We had 3 different apartments and 2 of them we experienced flooding in the bathroom and kitchen. We were not offered any type of compensation. A little disappointed in that. The apts are large and clean enough. The location is perfect! 1 min walk to the shopping mall and train station. The employees do the best they can with what they have. I wouldn’t stay again though. Unfortunately, the owners need to put some of the profit they are making back into the apartments if they want to continue to stay in business.

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son amplias y estan bien equipadas. El personal es muy amable. Esta muy cerca de la estacion central de tren lo cual lo hace muy conveniente.

Room was not as shown on pictures seen on the web page. Very simple, dirty walls, worn furniture, uncomfortable beds, no decoration at all.

Estada individual

Booked upgraded room with Queen bed and blackout blinds.... Got a room with 2 singles and 1 curtain which fell down after first night. Staff promised to add a 2nd curtain but only put the first one back up. Rooms look bright and airy on the website but are actual full of dark brown dreary furniture. Positives are good location 5 mins from train station, clean (apart from rusted towel rail in batheoom) and nice staff, but please supply what you promise.
