Hotel staff and especially Bellmen David and Raphael very helpful. The problem I had was with the undisclosed departure fee at the hotel when checking out. This was unknown and could have deterred me from booking this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the magnificent mile. Valet staff is a 5 star rating. Desk staff not so much. Overall I enjoyed my stay and possibly I'll stay there again.
