The hotel was dirty, and there was a persistent bad smell in both the common areas and my room. Furthermore, the receptionist was very rude. The door had significant gaps, which allowed a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway to disturb my stay.

The front desk were never available. The rooms were never cleaned nor restocked even after asking multiple times although we stayed for more than a week.

Rooms are dated and dirty. In 4 days not once was beds made, room cleaned or even clean towels. Rubbish not taken from room. How this is 4 star is beyond me. Mold on walls and everything felt damp and a very strange smell. The pool area is completely in the shade, full of bird feathers and poo. Complete health hazard. Staff was friendly and valet parking man was very good at taking bags etc into hotel. I won’t be staying again. The only positive was it was quiet area

The hotel is not newly built, but it still feels and looks new. Suit room was super spacious and best lake view ever. Tge only comment is their room is too dark in the evening, since most are only LED lights. Staff was polite and kind. Will definitely suggest for other to visit them too
