Fantàstic
The hotel room we got was recently renovated so it was up to date and fresh. As well, it was a comfortable size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room temperature was well controlled. We stayed during a very hot week in July and the air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated that there was a bathtub along with a shower although the tub did fill slowly. This hotel is in an excellent central location with Warren Street Station just steps away and Euston Station very close as well. The only real issue was the fact that an expensive buffet was the only breakfast option. There is a hospital across the street so we could hear sirens occasionally but it didn’t turn out to be a big deal. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice property right by a subway station. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and stores nearby. The staff here was wonderful! They were always friendly and helpful, including the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here.

Fantàstic
The staff was exceptional in their customer service. They were always very helpful. The restaurant was also very helpful when we wanted to have dinner in our room one night. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s right next door to a subway station and there are stores and restaurants nearby.

Central London location with relatively easy access to all London locations, the hotel is located right next to Warren Street Station and a short walk from Euston Road/Euston Stations. We had a Junior Suite for 4 adults. They provided two adjoining rooms with connecting door which turned out to be ideal offering plenty of room, privacy and easy access. Beds were comfortable and room had great amenities. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't eat or drink at hotel as there are plent of other options in the area.

M'he quedat amb la família

Stayed on 5th floor that had a/c problems. Sort of a suite setup with sitting area with desk/mini fridge/safe. Had free standing a/c unit and 3 fans. Breakfast included buffet plus 3 made to order choices. Convenient to Underground at street corner and express grocery mart and pharmacy next door.

Nice size room and modern bathroom. Better than average tea tray and bathroom shampoos in containers and not stuck on the wall. Free water in reception. Avoid a room with an adjoining room door, soundproofing not good. We were near a noisy group who chatted in the corridor.

Had a newly refurbished room which was lovely but missing a curtain (did ask but nothing came of it) and, obviously still doing work on other rooms which was heard on two days of our five day stay.
