Fantàstic Great hotel and staff was amazing! Noise on a Saturday night on the second story at street level almost was unbearable(outdoor noise being people and loud cars)

The rooms looked bigger on the pictures on the website. Me and my wife room was definitely too small. Not enough room to move around or unpack. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. Wifi service was terrible. No microwave, refrigerator or iron in the room. The location was great.

First and foremost the staff was absolutely SPECTACULAR. So friendly and knowledgable and accommodating. The property itself is perfectly fine, just a bit lack luster for the price. I booked a "Superior Queen" room and was given a tiny room with a full size bed. The AC was very cold! Great location! And, once again, amazing staff!

Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere.

We had booked three nights at the hotel. However, they neglected to clean the room daily or provide us with fresh towels. When we requested a change of clean towels, they promised to bring them but never did.

Fantàstic This is a lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff and great location. Rooms are small but we really just sleep there when we're in Chicago.
