I was very disappointed with the hotel, very dated, smell of cigarets smoking and bear, and even I paid far in advance I got small room with a window in a corner facing a dirty wall and roofs. Even I fully paid for three night I went to another hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff, perfect place to stay for Hyde Park events as 10 minute walk. Beds super comfy and air con great as really quiet. Would definitely return!

Great location in central Mayfair, perfect spot for a concert in Hyde without the astronomical cost of some surrounding hotels!

Hotel is run down, rooms were renovated but to an inferior condition than the photos suggest. Bed linens were short on the sides of the bed.

This was a great hotel. Staff were very proactive and friendly. The entire place was clean. They have rooms and lounge areas all over, making it feel intimate and possible to get privacy if you want to work or chat in a quiet place. I would easily stay here again.
