Fantàstic
Everhone was very friendly and helpful and they responded quickly when we had an issue with the A/C when we first arrived. Moved to a new room and the young man who checked on the A/C even carried all of our luggage without being asked for help!! The cafe at the bar was excellent.

Was very disappointed in this stay. The hotel is very poorly Kept. It’s not well maintained or kept clean. There was random peoples hairs all over the room. Stained towels and sheets. Ac was broken in parts of hotel. Pool was very dirty and hot tub was freezing with debris everywhere. The entire place reeked of weed, and a very rude staff. Parking fees were not disclosed and we were charged $40 for two cars. Overall would not recommend

The property is run down. They had old ac units around the property to try and keep it cool. We tried to eat at the bar but it was just too hot to stay there. The room was a little better but not by much. I adjusted the ac down to 67 but the room never cooled down. Luckily I travel with a portable fan. I also booked the club room but do not think it was worth the extra money. Overall we were only there for one night to attend a party but I still wouldn’t recommend it.
